"they're all either up to ten years older or fifteen years younger than me," she shrugs. "a lot of them are cousins-in-law. my grandparents divorced and remarried so i have a lot of aunts and uncles and therefore cousins."

"my grandparents got married and they had my aunt thirty nine years ago. then they had mother thirty six years ago. they divorced thirty two years ago. my granddad found his girlfriend and my grandmother got married thirty years ago. my grandmother's new husband already had a child and my granddad's girlfriend had two. and they all had more babies which are now my aunts and uncles. get it?"
